CONFETTI started in 2016 as a Saturday stall at the Portland Farmers Market — one copper pot, a jar of honeycomb, and a hand-painted sign. People kept asking where the shop was, so we built one.
Nine years later we still cook in batches small enough to stir by hand. No corn syrup, no artificial dyes — just cane sugar, real fruit, and the same copper kettle.
Every jar lists every ingredient on the front — usually fewer than six.
